Common issues and how to fix them.

Wallet won't connect

  • Make sure you have a TON wallet set up (Telegram Wallet bot)
  • Close and reopen the app from Telegram
  • Check your internet connection

Payment failed

  • Check that you have enough TON (course price + network fee)
  • Try again β€” network congestion can cause temporary failures
  • If the problem persists, contact support

Course content not loading

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Make sure your purchase was completed successfully

App shows "Session Expired"

This means your Telegram session has expired. Close the app and reopen it from the Telegram bot menu.
