What is a marathon?

A marathon is a time-limited group program. When you buy a marathon, you get added to a private Telegram group where the coach shares content and interacts with participants.

How access works

1. Purchase the marathon
2. You receive an invite link to the private group
3. Participate for the marathon duration
4. 72 hours before expiry, you get a warning
5. After expiry, access is revoked automatically

Extending access

Some marathons allow you to extend your access by making another payment before or after expiry.

Group rules

The Warden Bot manages the group — it handles invites, warnings, and access revocation. Follow the coach guidelines in the group.
